Product Description
Pipe nipples (NPT standard) are the only part connecting pipeline with inner water tank. Once pipe nipple had problem, we would have no choice but throw entire water tank for repairing. Our pipe nipple is 304 or 316L stainless steel material with diameter tolerance ±0.1mm and thread tolerance ±0.05mm. Through the experiment show, the welding leakage rate is reduced 85% by using our pipe nipple.
Customization
Junbro have 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″, 2″ and so on stainless steel pipe nipples, the pipe nipples can be made for inside welding and outside welding types. For users demand, it also can be made for special standard.

Two-touch Fitting
Two-Touch Fitting, which is constituted by brass connector, stainless steel pipe nipple and red copper pipe nipple, is used on integrated pressurized solar water heater with the purpose of sealing water tank. It also affects the hot performance of entire solar water heater by fitting with heat pipe condensation head. We overcame the design weakness of two-touch fitting and improved the fit between two-touch fitting and condensation head and sealing of water tank after many years technical improvement.
